Job summary

Slater Gordon in Manchester is recruiting a Paralegal for our Clinical Negligence team. This phone-based role involves taking instructions from new potential clients about their clinical negligence claims and supporting fee earners.

Qualifications

• Graduate or GDL background required.
• Basic understanding of clinical negligence law.
• Interest/experience in obstetrics, orthopaedics, brain and spinal injury or misdiagnosis.
• Confident on the phone with empathetic customer service.
• Able to support fee earners and manage calls.

Responsibilities

• Take phone instructions from new potential clients regarding their clinical negligence claims.
• Support fee earners across clinical negligence matters.
• Assist on matters including obstetrics, orthopaedics, brain/spinal injuries and misdiagnosis.
