Slater & Gordon is currently recruiting an experienced Lawyer to join our award-winning Clinical Negligence team in Sheffield.
Our team handles complex cases arising from misdiagnoses or failure to diagnose, including spinal injuries, brain injuries, surgical errors, and incorrect treatments. We are highly ranked within Chambers and the Legal 500 and have received individual awards for high-profile cases.
We are seeking a candidate with 0-3 years PQE in clinical negligence claims, capable of managing their own caseload, including litigated cases. The ideal lawyer will be technically proficient, empathetic, and possess excellent interpersonal skills. There may be opportunities to work on more complex issues, assist the wider team, and mentor junior colleagues.
You will work alongside Paralegals and Legal Assistants, providing high-quality service and care to clients, with experience handling matters through to trial and exposure to complex casework.
