Qualifications
- Proven experience in clinical negligence case management.
- Experience in legal case assessment and screening.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication across teams.
- Stakeholder management across cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail in decision making.
- Familiarity with Proclaim or similar legal software.
Responsibilities
- Provide key legal insight across MLS services when required.
- Review and audit clinical negligence leads vetted by MLS.
- Assist in shaping and delivering MLS training.
- Offer clear guidance on complex legal matters to colleagues.
- Drive improvements by analyzing trends and providing recommendations.
- Collaborate with case handlers, managers and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with legal frameworks and internal policies.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives and process improvements.
