Medical Law Services (MLS) is seeking a Clinical Negligence case auditor and support in a hybrid Liverpool role. You will review clinical negligence leads, provide legal insight through the MLS process, and help shape training to improve case quality and outcomes.

You will collaborate with case handlers, managers, and stakeholders to embed legal considerations at every stage, driving improvements and ensuring high standards across service delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in clinical negligence case management.
• Background in legal case assessment with experience in screening legal cases.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Stakeholder management across cross-functional teams with trusted legal partnership.

Responsibilities

• Provide key legal insight across MLS services as required.
• Review and audit clinical negligence leads vetted by MLS.
• Assist in shaping and delivering legal training across MLS.
• Guide colleagues with clear, confident guidance on complex legal matters.
