Job description

IQVIA is seeking a Clinical Equipment Delivery Specialist with excellent customer service skills.

This role involves supporting the safe delivery of surgical equipment to hospitals along the M4 Corridor, working within the Sales/Supplier/Logistics team. The candidate should be comfortable navigating hospital settings, identifying appropriate contacts, and ensuring on-time delivery in accordance with company standards.

Responsibilities include organizing logistics, coordinating with internal teams and clinical staff, managing paperwork and inventory systems, and providing high-quality customer service for each delivery. This position is ideal for someone interested in developing a career in medical device sales within a hospital environment, potentially serving as a stepping stone into sales roles.

The role is full-time, offering a competitive salary, bonus, and a company van. A full driving license with no more than 6 minor points is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with various teams to ensure timely delivery of surgical kits.
  • Manage urgent transfers of implants and instrument trays between hospitals.
  • Record and reconcile borrowed implants for replenishment and invoicing.
  • Resolve DNA issues and ensure complete loan kits for collection.
  • Assist with kit preparation, sterilization, and packing.
  • Support regional initiatives and manage out-of-date implant inventory.
  • Collaborate on inventory audits and deploy account inventory for new business wins.
  • Provide occasional weekend logistics support.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organized with good task prioritization.
  • Ability to work under pressure and demonstrate initiative.
  • Knowledge of inventory and supply chain processes.
  • Understanding of the medical technology industry and orthopaedics.
