Job summary

Leaders In Care Ltd is seeking a Clinical Lead for an award-winning care home in Blackburn. The role offers a competitive salary of £46,500, sociable hours, and strong training opportunities.

You will monitor care standards, support governance, and act as the main contact for residents and staff. Required: RGN or RMN with an NMC PIN and prior Clinical Lead or Senior Nurse experience in a care home.

Qualifications

• Qualified nurse (RGN or RMN) with valid NMC PIN.
• Knowledge of clinical care systems and governance.
• Experience at Senior Nurse or Clinical Lead level in a care home.

Responsibilities

• Monitor standards of care delivered by qualified staff.
• Support Manager in policies, procedures and objectives.
• Monitor residents' wellbeing and update care plans as needed.
• Act as liaison with residents, relatives, visitors and health/social care professionals.
