Major Social Care is seeking an experienced Clinical Lead who is also an Registered General Nurse (RGN) to lead and develop our regulated services for children, young people and adults in home and community settings.

You will provide clinical leadership, governance and safeguarding oversight, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care within the organisation’s scope. Strong collaboration with the Director, Strategic Lead and wider leadership team is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Be a Registered General Nurse with current NMC registration.
• Be suitable and willing to become the CQC Registered Manager for the service.
• Experience in health, social care or community care services.

Aufgaben

• Lead day-to-day management of the CQC-regulated service in line with regulations.
• Provide clinical leadership across adult and children’s services.
• Oversee governance, quality assurance, risk management and safeguarding.
• Support development of policies, procedures and clinical competencies.
• Collaborate with commissioners, healthcare professionals and families.
