About the Role

Are you a methodical, compassionate, and hands-on nurse looking to take the next step in your clinical leadership career? Kara Healthcare is currently recruiting a Clinical Lead Nurse to support an established residential and dementia care service based inKettering and able to cover the whole East Midlands Region.

This is a unique opportunity to join a forward-thinking care provider and play a key role in the continued development of a specialist 54 beds, offering nursing, residential and dementia care

Key Responsibilities

As Clinical Deputy Manager, you will:

Support and deputise for the Home Manager in managing daily operations.

Provide leadership and mentorship to the nursing and care teams.

Oversee the delivery of safe, high-quality, person-centred care.

Conduct clinical assessments, audits, and care plan reviews.

Ensure compliance with CQC standards, clinical governance, and internal protocols.

Deliver care and guidance for service users with complex needs and neurological conditions.

Promote independence and well-being by developing tailored care pathways for each individual.

Deliver direct nursing care to elderly residents, many of whom are living with dementia.

Administer medications and carry out clinical procedures safely and in line with policy.

Complete clinical assessments, develop person-centred care plans, and review regularly.

Monitor residents' health and wellbeing, escalating concerns promptly.

Support end-of-life care with compassion and professionalism.

Maintain clear and accurate documentation in line with CQC and NMC standards.

Act as a key contact for families and liaise with healthcare professionals and GPs.

A qualified and registered nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD) with an active NMC PIN.

Experience in a senior nursing role, ideally within Dementia or complex care.

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Location: Olive Row Kettering (Able to cover East Midlands Region)
