Job summary

Lovett Care Limited in Harrogate seeks a kind, experienced Clinical Lead to oversee clinical care within Fairfax Manor Care Home. You will supervise care delivery, assess needs, plan and evaluate care to ensure high standards and compliance.

The role is full-time, with early shift patterns (0745–2000) and a competitive salary of £55,000 per year. You will lead a dedicated team, support patients and families, and contribute to safety and quality across the home.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervising care staff and delivering high-quality care.
• Background in health and social care with compliance focus.
• Proven ability to manage time and coordinate multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support the Home Manager to deliver business performance and quality targets for the Care Home.
• Provide leadership and supervision to Care Home staff.
• Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure high standards of residents' care and safeguard welfare.
• Contribute to safety, quality and financial aspects of the Home.
• Promote the Home in the local and national context.
• Lead safeguarding and welfare duties as needed.
