A leading NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Clinical Lead Nurse for a permanent and fixed-term position in their inpatient service. The successful candidate will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, supporting the care of patients with learning disabilities and/or autism, and will contribute to service development while ensuring high standards of care and clinical supervision.

We are looking for 1 permanent and 1 fixed term - 12 months, full time staff member for the role of clinical lead within our inpatient service.
The successful applicants will work as part of Bankfields Court and as part of the multi-disciplinary team supporting the care delivered to patients with learning disabilities and/or autism.
Candidate must have 18 months post qualifying experience including sign off of appropriate preceptorship or competency framework.
Applicants must ensure that prior to applying they have agreement from their current line manager that they can be released on a secondment basis. In the event that permanent funding is secured for this post the successful applicant will be confirmed in post on a permanent basis.
This role is part of exciting new developments in the service and the successful applicant will have the opportunity to help influence service development as part of the multi-disciplinary team.
The successful candidate will also be expected to work flexibly over a 7 day week.
