Care Concern Group, via Inspire Neurocare, is recruiting a Clinical Lead in the UK to assist the Centre Manager in delivering high-quality neurological care and rehabilitation. You will ensure safe clinical practice, lead audits, and develop care plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (Adult Nursing).
• Minimum 5 years' post-registration experience delivering care to individuals with complex health needs in care or neuro settings.
• Strong clinical assessment, care planning and communication skills.
• Knowledge of cognitive, behavioural, or physical rehabilitation approaches.
• Compassion, professionalism and a commitment to high-quality care.
• Passion and empathy to make a difference to residents' lives.

Responsibilities

• Support the Centre Manager to ensure the service operates efficiently and safely.
• Promote safe clinical practice across the service and monitor standards via audits and observations.
• Review policies, implement improvement plans, and produce reports to support quality and compliance.
• Undertake comprehensive assessments and develop person-centred care plans with multidisciplinary teams.
• Build strong relationships with residents, families and stakeholders while guiding and supporting staff.
