Priory is seeking a Clinical Lead for the Highbank Centre in the UK. The role focuses on clinical leadership, governance, and directing the nursing team across neuro-rehabilitation services.

The successful candidate will have RN qualification with post-qualification experience, leadership capabilities and experience in neurological/complex care. The posting provides development opportunities and a contributory pension scheme.

Qualifikationen

• Registered Nurse with post-qualification experience.
• Managerial or leadership experience, preferably in neurological/complex care settings.
• Experience in supervising a nursing/clinical team and liaising with external professionals.

Aufgaben

• Promote, monitor and implement standards for service provision within clinical environments.
• Provide clinical leadership and supervise the nursing team, with mentorship and appraisals.
• Develop relationships with external professionals and ensure practice complies with Priory policies.
• Lead the clinical team at site and supervise other clinicians as senior clinical colleague.
• Act as main contact for commissioners, families and external professionals.
• Organise pre-admission assessments and work with the MDT.
• Carry out nursing and neuro assessments to identify needs and plan interventions.
• Compose Nursing reports and lead multidisciplinary meetings.
• Lead the implementation of site innovations and share best practices.
• Undertake on-call duties as part of the leadership team.
