Job summary

Chase Medical seeks an experienced Clinical Lead GP to provide strategic clinical leadership across two Urgent Treatment Centres in Sandwell and the Black Country. You will drive governance, service development and high‑quality patient care while guiding the clinical workforce.

You will work with the Medical Director and Service Manager to uphold standards, lead audits, and support recruitment and development of clinicians across sites.

Qualifications

• Qualified GP with MBBS or equivalent.
• Completion of GP training and CCT (or recognised equivalent).
• GMC registration with licence to practise.
• MRCGP or equivalent.
• Inclusion on Medical Performers List without restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership across two UTC sites.
• Lead clinical governance, audits and quality improvement.
• Support day-to-day running of urgent care service.
• Deliver KPIs and NHS policy compliance.
• Support GP recruitment and interviews.
• Mentor and develop other clinicians.
