Job summary

Qualifications

• Registered professional Nursing/Social Work/Occupational Therapist with post-registration training.
• Master's level training or equivalent experience.
• Degree or Diploma in a relevant professional qualification.
• Masters Degree level qualification or higher.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership, consultation and structured supervision.
• Support complex decision-making, risk assessment and management.
• Lead safeguarding practice and staff development.
• Promote evidence-based practice and high professional standards.
• Support clinical governance, audits, service review and quality improvement.
• Develop staff confidence and learning opportunities.
• Strengthen collaborative working across CAMHS and partners.
