Job summary

Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Clinical Lead for its Community Nursing Teams. You will provide clinical leadership, ensure high-quality care, and develop a multidisciplinary team delivering ongoing, safe care for housebound patients.

The role requires flexibility for a seven-day service, including weekends and bank holidays. You will lead caseload management, support staff development, and engage with partners to drive service improvements and evidence-based practice

Qualifications

• Level 6 Degree or equivalent in Nursing, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy or Speech and Language Therapy.
• Experience managing complex caseloads and mentoring others.
• Registered health care professional with NMC or HCPC.
• Full UK/EU driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership, supervision and professional support to your team.
• Lead caseload management and staff development through supervision and training.
• Contribute to clinical governance, audits and quality improvement initiatives.
