The post requires a first level NMC registered nurse with District Nurse SPQDN, strong leadership, and collaborative working across teams.

Qualificações

• Must be a first level NMC Registered General Nurse with SPQDN (District Nurse).
• Experience in supervisory/management role within community services.
• Experience in multi-professional team working.
• Full UK driving licence and vehicle for business use.

• Support and deputise for the Head of Service in operational management and service development.
• Lead and motivate a locality team to deliver high-quality, safe care.
• Drive excellence in clinical governance and staff development.
• Collaborate with other health care providers to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Develop tailored health plans with patients and families and participate in quality improvement.
