Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust in Worksop is recruiting a Clinical Lead (Band 7) to join the OPCU community services at the Queens Building. The role involves clinical leadership, ensuring high-quality assessments, and supervision of the multidisciplinary team.

You will drive service development, lead on pathway implementation, attend MDT meetings, manage high-risk cases, and work across Trust sites with a focus on older adults' mental health.

Qualifications

• Professional Nursing/Clinical Qualification at degree level or equivalent.
• Maintains professional registration with appropriate professional body.
• Non-Medical prescribing qualification or willingness to work towards

Responsabilités

• Develop evidence-based practice within the service and drive continuous improvement.
• Provide and oversee clinical supervision and support the multidisciplinary team to ensure high quality, safe patient-centred care.
• Lead on clinical pathway development and service transformation to support pathways and clinical effectiveness.
• Monitor and evaluate skill mix within the team and lead on recruitment and performance monitoring.
• Ensure high standards of care with collaboration across the MDT and line management responsibilities.

Formation

Professional Nursing/Clinical Qualification to degree level or equivalent
