Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced nursing leader to drive clinical excellence in older peoples mental health. You will manage multidisciplinary teams, lead on service transformation and develop clinical pathways in partnership with our care coordinators.

The post holder will provide clinical supervision, oversee performance, and support recruitment and workforce planning.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse with NMC registration or equivalent.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams in mental health.

Responsabilités

• Provide clinical supervision and leadership for the multidisciplinary team.
• Lead on service transformation and chair pathway workstream meetings.
• Develop and implement clinical pathways to support pathway delivery and clinical effectiveness.
• Contribute to recruitment and performance monitoring.
