Qualifications

• Postgraduate Certificate/Diploma in CBT or Doctorate in Clinical Psychology.
• Substantial experience delivering evidence-based CAMHS interventions for children and young people.
• Experience training, supervising and developing clinicians.
• Interest in combining clinical leadership with research and service innovation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and develop a team of clinicians, trainees, assistants and staff to high standards.
• Oversee clinical decision-making, supervision, quality assurance and service performance.
• Translate cutting‑edge research into real‑world clinical practice.
• Develop leadership skills while maintaining clinical work in CAMHS.
