A leading organization is seeking a Clinical Lead within its Healthy Working Lives Programme. Band 6 (indicative): £37,338 - £44,962
37.5 hours per week

An excellent opportunity has arisen for the right candidate to join our Strategy and Growth division as a Clinical Lead, part of the Healthy Working Lives Programme Pilot.
The role is suited for an experienced clinical lead with experience working with individuals, supporting them to remove barriers, build skills, and support their health and wellbeing, helping them to re-enter employment.
You will have a track record of successfully supporting individuals' health and wellbeing goals. This post offers a significant opportunity for the pilot project team to operate an employment project within Kirklees for residents aged 18-64 years, demonstrating the success of health and employment support that leads to positive outcomes for service users.
Effective communication skills are essential. The role requires flexible and collaborative working to meet the needs of service users and the project. The ability to travel independently across Kirklees is also required.
