Our Health in Justice service line is now expanding into Non-Custodial healthcare, a person-centred approach delivered via a solid and consolidated infrastructure aimed to assess individuals’ mental health and neurodiversity requirements, to redirect them to the most appropriate channel. We have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Leadto join our team in South Yorkshire.

This position is full time and you will receive a salary of £49,848 to £55,996 depending on experience

Candidates are required to have a Legal right to work in the UK due to the nature of the role, offers of employment will be subject to additional vetting and security checks.
What you'll be doing
As our Clinical Lead your responsibilities will vary. Some of your duties will include:
Coaching, line managing and developing staff from a clinical and non-clinical background
Supporting and contributing to the service audits and governance
Chairing and facilitating a number of healthcare meetings with the team and different partners
Providing clinical supervision and investigations locally and for the wider region.
Delivering workshops to develop the team’s learning in various areas such as clinical processes, documentation, patient care and joint Healthcare & stakeholder processes
Working in partnership with the Head of Service to identify and mitigate clinical risk (risk register, incident reporting, quality assurance, service audits)
