Pennine Care NHS Foundation Trust in the Greater Manchester area seeks a committed leader to provide clinical leadership and supervision within the Community Mental Health Team in Bury. You will oversee a team, guide complex cases, and build collaborative links with partner services to ensure top-quality patient care.

Toprovideclinicalleadership,supportandsupervisiontoclinicalstaff within the Community Mental Health Team.Tosupportan identifiedteam of practitioners with advice and guidance on the management of complex and difficult to engage cases.
To work over both Bury CMHT which may include carrying a small complex caseload .
To support the CMHT identify any Service Users who need to be transferred to other service provision, to the review clinic or discharged back to the care of their GP.
To develop and maintain effective working relationships with other services including Community Alcohol and Drugs teams, Mental Health Liaison Team, Primary Care Networks, and the third sector.
To ensure that Clinical Documentation is in place for Service Users and to a high standard.
To ensure that CMHT staff receive effective clinical supervision.
To participate in the extended working hours as required by the needs of theservice.
Toensurethatclinicalstandardsare,monitoredandevaluated,andensureboththeyandthe team provide care of the highest quality topatients.
