The Pennine Care NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a dedicated CAMHS nurse to join our multidisciplinary team in Greater Manchester. You will assess and intervene with children, adolescents and families, using evidence-based approaches, including ADHD-related care, within the CAMHS service.
The role requires NMC mental health nursing registration and post-qualification experience, with a focus on case management, multi-agency collaboration and a patient-centered approach.

The post holder will be a member of the multi-disciplinary CAMHS team. and will be responsible for providing mental health assessments and interventions for children, adolescents and families using evidence based interventions presenting with neuro developmental disorders, and other mental health difficulties. In addition, the post holder is encouraged to develop a specific therapeutic modality as a specialty for the service.

To monitor and review young people including recording their physical observations in ADHD Clinic. To complete assessments with young people referred. This will include the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of a variety of therapeutic approaches either alone or as a member of the MDT and including medication / physical reviews for those on medications. Experience of case management of young people, multi-agency working with knowledge and experience of neuro developmental disorders is essential
