Field based with frequent travel across the Midlands

Permanent, Full Time + on call telephone support on a rota system

£49,000-£53,000 + £3,000 car allowance

In this role, you will be accountable for ensuring the highest standards of clinical practice, identifying and managing risks to safeguard the welfare and safety of staff and service users. Collaboration is key, as you will build and maintain trusted relationships with internal teams, service users, and their families.

Everyday you will...

  • Undertake initial holistic nursing assessments with service users and their families
  • Develop personalized care plans in partnership with service users, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure goals are patient-focused and achievable
  • Create risk management plans, escalating high risks and working with stakeholders to monitor and review their effectiveness
  • Deliver clinical training tailored to client needs for staff within packages
  • Ensure regular reviews of all clients in accordance with company policies, maintaining high standards of clinical practice aligned with current guidelines

To thrive in this role, you must have...

  • An Adult or Paediatric Nursing degree with an active NMC pin
  • Experience in complex or critical care, including competencies in tracheostomy and ventilation
  • Experience managing clinical teams
  • A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
