Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Clinical Laboratory Science from NAACLS-accredited program or equivalent meeting CLIA Technical Consultant requirements.
• MBA, MHA or related graduate degree preferred to support department operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily laboratory operations across all testing areas (Chemistry, Hematology, Microbiology, Blood Bank).
• Coordinate staffing schedules, workload distribution, and shift coverage.
• Monitor turnaround times, test volumes, and workflow efficiency; report to lab director and administrators.
• Ensure compliance with CLIA, CAP, OSHA, and other regulatory standards.
