The role

The role involves installing and configuring Clinical Information Systems at customer sites, and resolving or escalating issues.

The position offers remote and onsite support across the UK, with some work from home after training.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Install Server and Client Hardware/Software
• Interface Medical Devices with Clinical Systems
• Connect with Hospital Wide Systems like Laboratory and PACS
• Advise Customers on Design and Workflows
• Detect and prevent performance issues
• Follow Quality Procedures
• Manage call logging and scheduling
• Maintain customer relations and satisfaction
• Participate in 24x7 on-call rotation; occasional outside hours

Role Requirements:
