The role

This opportunity is within Uniphar Medtech, a division focused on delivering innovative medical technologies and solutions. The role involves installing and configuring Clinical Information Systems at customer sites, resolving and escalating issues. It offers both remote and onsite support across the UK, with flexibility for some work from home after training.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Install Server and Client Hardware/Software
• Interface Medical Devices with Clinical Systems
• Integrate with Hospital Information Systems like Laboratory and PACS
• Advise Customers on Design Solutions and Workflows
• Identify and resolve potential performance issues proactively
• Ensure compliance with Company Quality procedures
• Follow protocols for call logging and service activities
• Manage customer relations, focusing on communication and satisfaction
• Participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation; occasional after-hours work required

Role Requirements:
