Responsibilities

• Act as a clinical advocate in the development, implementation and adoption of Clinical Informatics Service projects.
• Validate clinical data outputs and ensure they reflect clinical practice.
• Identify improvement opportunities with digital tools and mitigate risks.
• Provide specialist advice on health informatics to support high‑quality care.
• Represent patients and staff needs in informatics design and development.
• Maintain reporting systems for digital incidents, risks and performance measures.
• Develop and deliver training materials and education programmes.
