Job summary

Welsh Ambulance Services NHS Trust is seeking a dynamic clinician for a six-month secondment to the Integrated Care Team. You will support incident management, undertake investigations, and oversee patient safety, quality and governance.

The role involves clinical leadership, collaboration with operational managers, and delivering training with IAED-based tools. The post is Monday–Friday daytime, with shifts including nights and weekends as service needs arise.

• Credible post registration experience.
• Ability to provide effective clinical leadership.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other health care professionals.
• Demonstrating continuous personal development including clinical, leadership and change management.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist support to clinical services and manage investigations.
• Identify learning, share best practice and support safe, effective care.
• Provide operational Senior Clinician support when required.
• Contribute to clinical oversight of remote and face-to-face services.
