Job summary

Shaw Healthcare is recruiting an experienced Nurse Qualified Home Manager for New Elmcroft Care Home, a 60-bed nursing and residential facility in Shoreham-by-Sea. You will lead the home, drive person-centred care, and ensure high standards of quality, safety and performance with the support of an experienced leadership team.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse qualification with a valid NMC Pin.
• Experience managing a care home or similar-sized service.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Experience managing budgets, occupancy and service performance.
• Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations and person-centred care.

About the Role

As Home Manager, you'll have overall responsibility for the leadership, quality and performance of New Elmcroft, ensuring every resident receives outstanding person-centred care while creating a positive, supportive environment where colleagues can thrive.

You'll be empowered to lead your team, build strong relationships with residents and families, and continuously drive quality across every aspect of the service.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and develop others.
