Job summary

Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board is seeking a Clinical Education Business Support Manager to join the CTM Clinical Education Academy, playing a key role in supporting the effective delivery of education across healthcare professions.

This role provides essential project and operational support across a broad range of activities, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure efficient programme delivery, funding allocation, and strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Organised, proactive and detail-oriented.
• Experience supporting clinical education programmes.
• Ability to monitor and report activity levels and waiting times.

Responsibilities

• Provide project support for service improvement initiatives and operational planning.
• Monitor, analyse, and report on activity levels and waiting times, ensuring data accuracy and timely reporting to stakeholders.
• Oversee and coordinate rota planning and issue resolution.
• Line manage administrative and clerical staff, supporting their development and ensuring high standards of performance.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance operational efficiency and excellent patient care.
