Due to our continued success and expanding network of clinics, we have a vacancy for a Clinical Director to join our existing senior management team.

The Clinical Director will be part of the senior clinical team responsible for clinical compliance, governance, performance, and quality and standards matters. They will ensure the highest and safest levels of patient care are delivered, and investment returns are achieved at each of the group clinics they oversee in conjunction with the Divisional Director.

Our ideal candidate will be an experienced Senior Optometrist already working in a senior management role within an ophthalmology or ophthalmic business, with the ability to lead and motivate their team to achieve outstanding results.

Candidates MUST be registered with GOC, IP qualified, with extensive refractive and cataract surgery experience.

Duties:

• Responsible for providing clinical direction and leadership for the division.
• Ensure our clinics, including treatment centres, provide safe, effective, caring, and responsive best-in-class patient care in a high-quality clinical environment.
• Promote and safeguard the wellbeing of all patients and colleagues at all times.
• Possess a strong commercial awareness and demonstrate a track record of achieving targets.
• Meet and exceed all financial objectives, operational targets, and KPIs for their division.
• Senior management experience in a healthcare environment is desirable.
• Proven leader with exceptional strategic planning abilities.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and people management skills.
