Base pay range

The Package

• Generous £1750 CPD allowance (plus 4 days), although will consider over this level
• RCVS & VDS fees paid plus one professional membership of your choice (eg BVA/BSAVA etc)

Job Description

Our Client is a corporately owned practice with an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Director to join their team. The practice is RCVS accredited and operates across three locations in Bury St Edmunds, Thetford, and Mildenhall, all set in beautiful countryside. They are looking for an experienced Clinical Director to work across these sites, helping the practice grow and improve.

The role is full-time, with a 40-hour week and a 1 in 10-12 weekends out-of-hours rota. Weekday evenings will be dedicated to inpatient duties only, with no client calls. Weekends involve working Saturday 8:30am-5pm and Sunday 9am-12pm, with a Friday off the following week. The Clinical Director will work closely with a dedicated and skilled team to ensure the practice runs smoothly.

The practice is well-equipped with modern facilities and encourages a collaborative approach among clinical and support staff. They hold regular clinical and branch meetings and actively support career development, including the pursuit of certificates and specialized interests.

The ideal candidate will have a positive, proactive approach to leading the team, a commitment to clinical excellence, and a desire to foster a collaborative, supportive working environment. The role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to improve the practice, and a passion for community involvement.
