Job description

An exciting new opportunity has arisen for you to join the Urgent Care & Support Service at Your Healthcare as a Clinical Digital & Practice Educator. Working in the community, supporting current digital integration projects implemented in care homes, this role is designed in line with the NHS strategic goal of implementing the Enhanced Health in Care Homes Framework.

The post holder will work closely with care homes in the London Borough of Kingston to provide clinical education, support, and guidance to care home staff. They will support and train staff on the use of digital equipment and champion best practices in digital care technology, promoting digital integration and inclusion to ensure optimal use within CQC-registered care homes in Kingston.

The role involves supporting staff to achieve clinical competencies, embedding assessment, escalation, and communication approaches enabled by digital technology. The post requires developing effective communication methods to overcome understanding barriers, including motivational and negotiating skills to deliver training and maintain relationships. Much of the information will be complex, including digital language that may be new to teams.
