NHS Lanarkshire seeks a Registered Dietitian to provide a dietetic service across acute and community settings in Lanarkshire. This rotational post covers inpatient, home, and outpatient care with a focus on nutritional support.

You will work within a multidisciplinary team, deliver training where needed, and contribute to service improvements while maintaining accurate records in line with professional guidelines.

Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian with HCPC registration.
• Ability to work in acute and community settings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with multidisciplinary team.
• Excellent time management.
• Working knowledge of basic information technology.

Responsabilités

• Assess, manage, plan, deliver and evaluate treatment programmes for patients.
• Present complex information to patients and carers in an understandable form.
• Advise and recommend use of prescribable nutritional products as appropriate.
• Ensure supplies reach patients through diet therapy ordering systems.
• Maintain accurate and concise records per guidelines.
