4Leisure Recruitment is seeking a Clinical Development Manager (Registered Nurse – Aesthetics) for multi-site clinics and head office. This full-time role blends hands-on clinical work with governance, education and protocol development.

The ideal candidate is an experienced RN with NMC registration, strong patient-safety focus, and the drive to lead clinical standards across locations while mentoring practitioners and expanding aesthetic offerings.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support clinical governance, compliance, audits and patient safety initiatives.
• Develop and review SOPs, treatment protocols and clinical documentation.
• Mentor and support practitioner development across multiple clinic locations.
• Enhance patient journeys, treatment outcomes and clinical standards.
• Support the introduction of new treatments and aesthetic technologies.
• Undertake consultations and treatments where appropriate.
• Create treatment pathways, protocols and practitioner resources.
• Deliver clinical training, workshops and educational sessions.
• Contribute to case studies, treatment evaluations and clinical projects.
• Support the creation of clinically led educational content and materials.

Clinical Development Manager (Registered Nurse – Aesthetics)

Full-Time | Multi-Site Clinics & Head Office
Salary: up to £45k + car allowance
Hours: FT Mon to Fri

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Registered Nurse with a passion for aesthetics to join a growing clinical and aesthetic technology business as Clinical Development Manager.

This unique role combines hands-on clinical work with governance, practitioner development, education and treatment protocol development. It is ideal for a nurse looking to move beyond a purely treatment-focused position and take a leading role in shaping clinical standards across a multi-site organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Support clinical governance, compliance, audits and patient safety initiatives
• Develop and review SOPs, treatment protocols and clinical documentation
• Mentor and support practitioner development across multiple clinic locations
• Enhance patient journeys, treatment outcomes and clinical standards
• Support the introduction of new treatments and aesthetic technologies

About You

Essential:

• Registered Nurse with current NMC registration
• Strong understanding of clinical governance and patient safety

• Genuine interest in aesthetics, skin health and advanced technologies

Desirable:

• Experience in medical aesthetics, dermatology or skin health
• Independent Prescriber qualification
• Laser and Light qualification
• Experience with energy-based devices including laser, RF or HIFU
• Experience developing protocols, SOPs or clinical guidance
• Training, mentoring or practitioner education experience
