Job summary

3D Aesthetics is seeking a Registered Nurse to join as Clinical Development Manager, combining hands-on clinical practice with governance, practitioner education and protocol development across our clinics in Leamington Spa, Knowle, Rugby, and Cheltenham.

The role splits three days across clinics and two days at Rugby Head Office, shaping clinical standards, SOPs, training, and treatment protocols while delivering high-quality patient care and fostering innovation in aesthetic technology.

Qualifications

• Qualified Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
• Experience in aesthetics, dermatology or skin health.
• Strong governance and patient safety knowledge.
• Excellent patient care and communication skills.
• Experience developing SOPs, protocols or documentation.
• Experience mentoring or training practitioners.
• Experience with laser, RF, HIFU or energy-based aesthetics.
• Laser and Light qualification.

Responsibilities

• Support clinics through CQC preparation and ongoing compliance.
• Develop, implement and review clinical SOPs and treatment protocols.
• Support clinical governance, audits, risk management, infection prevention and control, safeguarding and patient safety.
• Review and improve patient consultation, consent, treatment planning and aftercare processes.
• Ensure clinical documentation and patient records meet standards.
• Develop competency frameworks and consistent clinical standards across locations.
• Mentor and support the clinical development of practitioners.
• Improve patient pathways and treatment outcomes.
• Support the safe introduction of new treatments and technologies.
• Maintain an active clinical presence and undertake consultations where appropriate.
