Sanctuary Care Limited in Devizes is seeking a Clinical Deputy Manager to support the Home Manager at Briggs Lodge Residential and Nursing Home. You’ll lead a team to deliver personalised care, build strong relationships with residents and families, and contribute to a positive home culture.

The role requires clinical nursing experience, a valid NMC PIN, and the ability to lead in a busy care environment. A driving licence and access to a vehicle are desirable.
