Job summary

Angusfield House Care Home in Aberdeen's West End is seeking a Deputy Manager to lead clinical and operational services for up to 40 residents. You will work closely with the Home Manager to sustain high standards of care, lead the team, oversee care planning, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering compassionate, person-centred care.

As an experienced nurse with active NMC PIN, you will mentor staff, manage audits, and maintain strong links with families and healthcare professionals.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse qualification with active NMC PIN is essential.
• Leadership experience within a care home or clinical environment is required.
• Strong clinical knowledge with audits, care planning and medication management.
• Ability to lead, mentor and support multidisciplinary teams while maintaining high standards of care.
• Strong communication skills with confidence working alongside families, healthcare professionals and wider leadership teams.
