Leeds and York Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Band 7 Clinical Team Manager to lead the Crisis Assessment Unit and Section 136 service. You will provide clear leadership to a multidisciplinary team, drive governance, and oversee day-to-day operations in a high-demand crisis setting.

You will work with the Clinical Operations Manager and wider leadership to shape service delivery, improve outcomes, and ensure safe, person-centred care across the crisis pathway.

Qualifikationen

• recognised professional qualification in a relevant field such as nursing, social work, or occupational therapy.
• Degree-level education or equivalent.
• Ability to lead clinically and managerially and to role-model to teams.
• Facilitate effective communication across crisis pathway teams and beyond.
• Experience in managing staff and developing teams within a multi-disciplinary setting.
