Job summary

Bupa Health Services in Harrogate is seeking a Clinical/Counselling Psychologist to provide high-quality therapy and evidence-based interventions for customers. The role involves assessments, formulations and multiple delivery models (face-to-face, telephone, video).

You will work within professional guidelines, attend supervision, and collaborate with the therapy team to improve client outcomes and experiences.

Qualifications

• HCPC registration with Chartered Psychologist status.
• Experience in general adult mental health settings.
• Post-qualification caseload management and outcomes.
• Training in specialised psychological areas.
• Leadership and team collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality therapeutic care with excellent clinical outcomes.
• Deliver assessments and formulations for intervention planning.
• Offer face-to-face, telephone, or video consultations.
• Follow case management processes and collaborate with leads.
• Work within sessional limits based on PMI allowances.
• Provide signposting and onward referrals when needed.
• Offer wellbeing support and coaching as required.
• Conduct one-off assessments and referrals.
• Deliver group psychoeducation and mental health sessions remotely.
• Attend supervision and monthly team meetings.
