Job summary

SABP is recruiting for a Clinical or Counselling Psychologist to join its Neighbourhood Team Heath Teams in the Runnymede and Spelthorne CMHRS area. The role focuses on psychological assessment and interventions for adults with complex mental health needs, with supervision and CPD opportunities.

Applicants must be HCPC registered or expect to register within 3 months, hold a valid driving licence and have access to a car for community-based work.

Qualifications

• HCPC Registered Practitioner Psychologist.
• Doctorate in Clinical or Counselling Psychology qualification or equivalent.
• Current UK professional registration.

Responsibilities

• Undertake comprehensive psychological assessments and formulations; provide therapy interventions and neuropsychology assessments.
• Consultation and training to non-psychology colleagues; contribute to service development initiatives.
• Undertake clinical audits, quality assurance and research; keep abreast of relevant developments.
