Bupa Health Services in Cardiff is seeking a Clinical Counselling Psychologist to support customers by providing education on healthy living. You will deliver therapeutic care and assessments across face-to-face, telephone, or video formats, while aligning with clinical leads and Bupa policies.

The role requires a Professional Doctorate in Clinical/Counselling Psychology with HCPC registration and substantial experience in adult mental health.

Qualificações

• Professional doctorate in Clinical/Counselling Psychology and HCPC registration.
• General adult mental health experience with at least 1 year post-qualification.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-quality therapeutic care with excellent clinical outcomes.
• Deliver comprehensive assessments and formulations for evidence-based intervention.
• Offer face-to-face, telephone, or video consultations.
• Adhere to Bupa's case management processes and collaborate with Clinical Leads and the therapy team.
• Work within sessional limits based on the client's Private Medical Insurance allowance.
• Provide signposting or onward referrals as needed.
• Offer ad-hoc wellbeing support and coaching.
• Conduct one-off assessments and referral recommendations.
• Provide group psychoeducation and mental health awareness through remote presentations, workshops, and training.
• Work autonomously within professional guidelines and Bupa's service policies.
• Attend regular clinical supervision and monthly team meetings.
• Collaborate with the operational and clinical team to improve client and employee experiences.

• We can offer sessions from Monday to Friday - 08:00am - 16:00pm and 14:00pm - 22:00pm


• These will include at least x 1 morning shift and x 1 evening shift per week


• Weekend availability (including Saturday and Sunday)


• 5 appointments per day

As a Clinical Counselling Psychologist within Bupa Health Services, you'll use your training and education to support our customers by providing education on how to live longer, healthier, happier lives. • Health and Care Professions Council registration as a Chartered Clinical/Counselling Psychologist.

• At least 1 year's post-qualification clinical experience.

• Training and accreditation in specialized areas of psychological relevance.
