Job summary

North London NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a part-time Clinical Coordinator / Counselling Lead for the Long Term Conditions Pathway in Islington. The role sits within the Islington Talking Therapies service management team and focuses on delivering person-centred, evidence-based psychological therapy to adults with complex needs.

You will coordinate the LTC pathway, provide supervision to junior colleagues, and work with Camden, Barnet and Enfield Talking Therapies teams to develop service

• Experience with adults with a range of mental health difficulties within Long Term Conditions pathways.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the Long Term Conditions pathway and line manage designated staff.
• Provide supervision to junior colleagues and offer consultation to clinicians.
• Collaborate with Camden, Barnet and Enfield Talking Therapies teams.
• Contribute to shaping and developing the service with service users.
