South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Clinical Coordinator for Long Term Conditions Pathway. The role supports a well-established NHS Talking Therapies service with strong links to University College London, offering in-house training and regular clinical supervision.

The post involves a mix of on-site and remote working, travel across the borough and one weekly evening clinic until 8pm.

Clinical Coordinator for Long Term Conditions Pathway

We are a well-established NHS Talking Therapies service with strong training and research links with University College London.We pride ourselves on offering a high level of in-house training and regular supervision from experienced clinicians. We are committed to investing in helping those who work with us to develop both personally and professionally, developing specialist areas of clinical expertise and increased awareness of the challenges faced by the diverse communities that we serve and are a part of through supervision, training and research opportunities, service development projects and reflective spaces. We are mindful that working in a fast-paced service with people experiencing psychological distress can be challenging as well as immensely rewarding and we take a compassionate leadership approach to ensure that these challenges are acknowledged and that staff are supported through wellbeing focused line management, supervision, peer support and team working. We encourage flexible working and staff are encouraged to negotiate a working pattern that allows for a good work life balance. Posts are subject to criminal records disclosure and involve a mix of on-site and remote working, travel across the borough and one evening clinic (to 8pm)per week. Starting salary will normally be at the minimum point of the salary scale. There may be some fixed term posts available.
