Alcedo Care is seeking a Complex Care Assistant to support a lady in her home in Egremont. Shifts are flexible with 12-hour waking night patterns and hours range from 20 to 40 per week.
You’ll receive full nurse-led training for clinical skills, with at least 6 months’ hands-on UK care experience. Tasks include PEG, suction, tracheostomy support, medication assistance, mobility, meal prep and light domestic duties.

Excellent rates of pay £14.75- £15.75 + Pension + Holiday Pay (equivalent to £17.03 to £18.18 per hour including holiday pay)
Expected average hours - 20 to 40 hours plus per week. Shifts are flexible where possible and work in 12 hour waking nights.
This package will involve supporting a lady 2-1 in her home with MND, Tracheostomy, Peg, Suction, Ventilation and more. Full nurse led training will be provided for all clinical skills however, previous experience of at least 6 months in the care sector will be required.

To work with us as a Complex Care Assistant, you'll need to have at least 6 months of hands-on care experience in a UK care setting or family support - this helps us make sure you're confident and ready to support our clients with more advanced needs.
