Job summary

Q1 Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced Clinical Coding Qualified Auditor (4+ YoE) based in Dorset, UK. The role focuses on audits, quality reviews, and continuous improvement of clinical coding accuracy with ICD-10 and OPCS-4 expertise.

You will mentor the coding team, prepare quality reports, and collaborate with clinicians to clarify documentation. FTE role with minimal travel.

Qualifications

• Accredited clinical coder with post-accreditation experience (3+ years).
• Proven ability to perform coding audits and quality checks.
• Strong knowledge of ICD-10, OPCS-4, and audit methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct coding audits and re-code complex inpatient cases to assess accuracy and compliance.
• Review records and assign ICD-10 and OPCS-4 codes as needed.
• Identify coding errors and trends; provide improvement recommendations.
