Randolph Hill Nursing Homes is seeking a dedicated nurse to provide professional clinical care to residents while leading the team under the Home Manager. You will uphold dignified, person-centred care and ensure compliance with NMC standards in daily operations.
The role requires the ability to manage diverse clinical situations, deliver accurate records, and contribute to a supportive, well-run home with strong inspection ratings across its facilities.
Competenze
- Minimum of 1 years care experience in elderly care (nursing home, hospital or community).
- SVQ 3 is essential for Principal Carer level, with team leadership in a care home environment.
- Experience with elderly people and knowledge of dementia; clinical support in this area.
- Time management and prioritisation of workload for self and team.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including report writing.
- Ability to handle a variety of issues and respond appropriately in a nursing home setting.
