We have an exciting opportunity within Therapy Services at Wirral University Teaching Hospital NHS Foundation Trust for a Clinical Allied Health Professional Educator.
We are looking for a highly motivated, dynamic thinker and problem solver. The post holder will be an integral part of the Therapy Services Directorate, working with all clinical therapy teams and professions (Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Dietetics, Speech & Language Therapy, and Orthotics). They will work closely with Clinical Leads, Therapy Management Team, and WUTH Practice Education Facilitator Teams to plan, deliver, support, and evaluate a range of educational initiatives across the organization.
The role involves collaborating with local education providers of AHP courses to enhance our provision for student education and career pathways. The post holder will contribute to quality assurance processes and produce reports for relevant trust groups. They will need to establish and maintain clinical credibility, act as a role model, and provide direct support to clinical team members as needed.
