Job summary

Heidi Health Corp. is seeking a Clinical AI Engineer to join Clinical AI R&D and own the evidence for its products. You will define evaluations, run rigorous studies, and ensure the product adheres to clinical practice through continuous measurement and post-market surveillance.

You will code in Python/TypeScript, collaborate with clinicians and engineers, and publish findings to peer‑reviewed literature while maintaining safety and quality in production deployments.

Qualifications

• Medical degree and independent clinical judgment are required.
• Study design, inferential statistics, reliability measures, sample size, multiple comparisons.

Responsibilities

• Design the evaluation for greenfield products to academic standards with endpoints, ground truth, and sample size.
• Build, optimize and validate the judges and rubrics that score the product at scale.
• Run evaluations, perform the statistics, and document findings for regulatory and peer-reviewed submission.
• Monitor post-market output quality and respond to regulatory feedback with data.
• Prompt and rubric changes, evaluation harness and code changes in the pod.
